Delivery Details
Standard delivery is by packet post or courier service
- UK deliveries - we aim to deliver any items ordered during the week within 4 working days and all items ordered over the weekend within 5 working days.
- Deliveries outside the UK - please add 3-5 days (or possibly longer depending on the efficiency of the local postal services)
All items ordered by 12 pm are dispatched the same day or, if we need to contact you by telephone or email about your order, this will be done on the same day.
Delivery Charges
The Party Bags Warehouse is committed to dispatching your items in good condition, as effectively and efficiently as possible. Delivery charges are based on location and are sent by parcel post or Courier. Full delivery costs to the UK Mainland are listed below. Please email us for prices to other European destinations, The USA and other Countries.

Terms and Conditions
Stock
Our stock is replenished daily/weekly. If we don't have your product in stock, we will contact you and offer a delivery lead-time, alternative product(s) or cancellation before the order is processed.
Quality Control
All orders are double checked before being sent out. Costumes, dress-up and accessories are checked to confirm that they are:
- The correct colour
- The correct size
- Are not damaged or torn
- Have no stains/marks/damage
- Have no missing parts
A checked dispatch note will be included with every order
Returns and Cancellations
Damages and shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery acceptance. Returns must be authorised by our office before they are sent back.
You or your carriers are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Cost and risk of return will be at your expense. Initial order shipping, packing and insurance costs cannot be refunded. We cannot accept damaged products unless they are returned within their packaging.
Costumes, dress up and accessories cannot be returned if they comply with the order given, have been worn, have been washed/dry cleaned, have been damaged when worn. Your statutory rights apply.
In the unlikely event of a need to return your order to us, we recommend you send your package through the post office and obtain a free certificate of postage which will ensure you have proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned packages lost and therefore not received.
To cancel your order, please email or telephone us, as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, it will be cancelled immediately and, if payment has been taken, a full refund (less credit card charge of 5%) will be made. If the order has been dispatched, we regret that we are unable to accept the cancellation.
Security
Our entire site is secure with the latest security systems. You will see the padlock symbol appear at the bottom right of your screen. When you want to check out, we take all your delivery details off our website.
Nobody else can see your credit card details and we do not hold them on file.
